The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published a important notice regarding Online Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism.

IBPS mentioned in the notice that "All the candidates and constituents are hereby informed that IBPS has already made operational an online mechanism for lodging and redressal of grievance. If any candidate intends to register any grievance, he/she may click on the link under the heading “Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism” on IBPS official website i.e. www.ibps.in. 
Replies on the grievances lodged shall be given at the registered email address by our Help desk within a reasonable time after registering the grievances. 
In view of the creation of online candidate grievance lodging and redressal mechanism on IBPS official website, it has been decided that grievance lodged/made through other modes of communication will not be entertained with effect from 1st April, 2016."
